Due to the effects of isolation, you may be feeling anxious and this can affect your mood and even sleep pattern. Our own health and wellbeing needs to be a priority, even more so given the current pandemic crisis, so try to incorporate some ‘self-care’ into your everyday.
Self-care isn’t just physical exercise, we need to consider our Mental Health too, as our thoughts can affect our emotions, so it’s important to be kind to your mind too! One way you can rest your mind, is by meditation, you don’t need anything at all, the only things you need are time, quiet and space where you can sit or lie down, making yourself comfortable with no interruptions. You might find the relaxing essential oils and fragrance of your Allumi ZEN candle, T Lights, or burning your ZEN melts will help you release some stress before and during your meditation – close the door to all distractions for a short period of time, taking ‘time-out’ for YOU!
